Vacation with Your Dog
What Else You Should Know:
- Arrival Without Prior Notification of Your Dog: Please note that not all rooms are suitable for dogs. Prior notification of your dog is therefore absolutely necessary! Allergy-friendly rooms cannot accommodate pets. Without prior notification, we cannot guarantee accommodation for your four-legged friend.
- Number of Dogs per Room: The accommodation of one dog (or a maximum of two small dogs) in selected rooms is gladly possible.
- Sleeping on Beds or Armchairs: We kindly ask that you do not allow your dogs to sleep in guest beds, on armchairs, or on couches. Keep in mind: the next guest could have a dog hair allergy or might not be a dog lover. No matter how thoroughly we clean, the smell of wet fur or small pet hairs cannot always be completely removed. You are welcome to borrow a dog bed at the reception – for your pet’s comfort and the well-being of all guests.
- Disposing of Dog Waste: When taking your dog for a walk, please always carry the provided plastic bags and use them to dispose of dog waste. If you forget to bring bags, you can get free ones at our reception. Your fellow guests and nature will thank you.
- Leash Requirement in the Hotel: Leashes are mandatory throughout the hotel. We kindly ask you to adhere to this rule at all times.
- Safe Behavior in Alpine Pastures: Cows with their calves graze on the alpine pastures. Mother animals instinctively protect their young and often perceive dogs as a threat. For safety reasons, we strongly recommend always keeping your dog on a leash in these areas.
- Caution at the Kölnbrein Reservoir and Along Streams: The Kölnbrein Reservoir and the inflowing streams are particularly tempting spots for dogs during the summer months. However, please do not allow your dog to roam near steep banks or areas with loose gravel. The risk of being unable to rescue your pet in an emergency is very high.

If your dog cannot stay alone in the room during breakfast, please let us know upon arrival. We will gladly prepare a table for you in the restaurant where your furry friend can join you.

Dogs are not allowed on guest beds, couches, or armchairs. -
Supervision:
Please do not leave your dog unattended in the room outside of breakfast hours. -
Restricted Areas:
Your dog is not permitted in the breakfast room, wellness area, or fitness center. -
Leash Requirement:
Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times in the hotel premises. -
Waste Disposal:
Please use the provided bags to clean up after your dog. Bags are available for your convenience throughout the hotel.
